 Terraces:

On the roofs of each of the hotel’s buildings, there is a spectacular terrace with exceptional views over the Paseo de Gracia, both of which are available for all types of event (private parties, presentations, cocktail parties, etc.). Both terraces have an outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace.

The Monument Terrace is located on the 6th floor of the Edificio Monument building, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city and the Paseo de Gracia. Beautiful and elegant, the Monument Terrace can accommodate all types of outstanding private events given the characteristics of the space.

The Alaire Terrace, located on the 8th floor of the Edificio Center building, offers a bar service that can be enjoyed all year round. It has a glazed bar area that allows you to enjoy the city’s panoramic views even in winter.
