Frequently Asked Questions
Is a reservation required?
Yes, to guarantee a table a reservation is recommended. Some access may be on a first-come, first-served basis depending on availability.
Is prepayment required?
Lunch / dinner: €20 per person.
Drinks (groups of 6 or more): €15 per person.
The amount will be deducted from the final bill.
What if we are a large group?
Groups of 15 to 20 people: set menu (€55 or €70 per person) and partial or full prepayment.
Do hotel guests need to pay a deposit?
No, staying guests do not need to pay in advance.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes.
Thursday to Saturday: €15 per person (over 15 years old).
Sunday to Wednesday: minimum spend applicable.
What happens if I don’t spend the full prepaid amount?
The difference is non-refundable.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
What happens if we arrive late?
Unreported delays of more than 40 minutes may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Can I choose a table or area?
Preferences will be taken into account, subject to availability and service operations.
What happens if it rains?
The terrace is mostly outdoors; in case of rain, the reservation may be kept indoors or rescheduled.
