An exclusive and elegant restaurant under the management of the celebrated chef Martín Berasategui (who has been awarded a total of six Michelin stars), Lasarte is a dining experience that should not be missed. Destined from the beginning to become a restaurant of excellence in the city, Lasarte recently earned its second Michelin star, just four years after opening.
Lasarte can seat 35 guests, an ideal number to present such high voltage gastronomy created by Martín Berasategui following his famous and successful formula that balances ingredients with the cooking process.
Much of Lasarte’s success is down to the kitchen run by Paolo Casagrande, who, with passion, enthusiasm and generosity, offers a dining experience that combines classic Martín Berasategui signature dishes with innovative ideas created for Lasarte, always using the best ingredients.
Of course, the other ingredient for success is the restaurant staff, who are responsible for ensuring that the wonderful food arrives at the table perfectly, making any visit to Lasarte a celebration.

Martín Berasategui is one of today’s greatest chefs. Holder of three Michelin stars at his Restaurante de Lasarte in Guipúzcoa since 2001 and two stars at his Restaurante Lasarte at the Hotel Condes in Barcelona.
A tireless worker and researcher, he has created a culinary style that is very much defined by the pursuit of perfectionism and an amazing balance between natural ingredients and the cooking process, combined with the use of the most advanced techniques to convey his exceptional palate and the flavour of each product to the diners savouring his creations.
